Advice to large strategic companies and medium-sized companies in Algeria in their process to restructure and improve their competitiveness. IDOM has managed a budget of 38 million Euros for this through the Design Management Entity, following the rules and procedures of the EC and in co-ordination with the Ministry of Industry.
