Manzanillo and Veracruz ports are two of the largest goods nodes in Mexico. The port administrations of both ports decided to invest in improving the quality of the service to end users to gain competitiveness. Since March 2010, IDOM has advised both institutions on setting up a Quality Trademark with a programme of service guarantees focused on importers and exporters.
