Design of a new unit responsible for hospital infrastructure projects

IDOM has worked with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), the largest health care institution in Mexico and one of the largest in Latin America, in the creation of a new unit that will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the investments carried out by the institute, with the objective of improving the efficiency of the entire development cycle of investment projects and the procurement of services.
