At IDOM, every liter counts
Reusing wastewater is no longer optional: it is essential for water security, sustainability, and the well-being of communities. Every liter treated is a step toward a more resilient future.
At IDOM, we develop solutions that turn waste into a resource and generate real impact:
- Santander (MARE): Technical assistance for the expansion of the Santander WWTP, with advanced tertiary processes that will enable treatment of up to 168,000 m³/day. A key infrastructure for protecting the bay and ensuring quality water for more than 300,000 people.
- National Reuse Program (MEWA): A country-wide strategy to use reclaimed water in agriculture and revegetation, reducing pressure on aquifers in one of the most arid environments on the planet. In its first phase, 25 regional projects have been identified that will promote a circular water economy.
Reusing wastewater increases water resilience and reduces dependence on external sources. At IDOM, we strive to make every liter count.
