How we transformed commercial management for the SAP AI Challenge 2025
The IDOM Digital Consulting team is celebrating a key milestone: we have successfully completed our participation in the SAP AI Challenge 2025. This initiative by SAP Spain, exclusively for partners, has been the setting for the development of a disruptive proof of concept: an intelligent assistant based on Generative AI integrated directly into the heart of our CRM and SAP BTP.
During the Challenge, we demonstrated how the strategic combination of SAP BTP, Joule, and generative AI models can radically transform how teams interact with business and strategic information. This experience is not just a technical achievement; it is a turning point toward new applications that we are already transferring to our projects and clients.
What have we built?
We have developed an ecosystem of intelligent agents and functionalities that take IDOM’s commercial module to a new level of efficiency:
- Insightful dashboard: Enhanced commercial control panel that provides historical information, forecasts future trends, and recommends commercial actions.
- Smart prospecting: Convenient lead generation using natural language that saves time and maximizes the information collected.
- Proposal inspector: Automatic detection of inconsistencies in offers and recommendations for improvements.
- Client search: A contextual news search engine about clients that allows you to consult key news during the commercial process.
- Project specialist: An intelligent assistant that you can interact with using natural language, specializing in the organization’s past and present projects.
The real impact: from theory to practice
This project has streamlined the use of our tools and increased the quality of the information managed. Not only have we optimized commercial decision-making, but we have also achieved a much more natural and intuitive interaction with the CRM.
In addition, a differential value: these advanced features based on Generative AI are fully exportable to other CRMs on the market.
We continue to learn and collaborate with a clear purpose: to deliver real value today. Because at IDOM, we are convinced that AI is not the future: it is our present.
