Talent, ideas, and the ability to transform things have never been confined to a single profession, sector, or place.

For decades, women have driven advances in engineering, architecture, science, business, communications, law, and people management, among other fields that enable organizations and societies to evolve.

This is also true at IDOM.

Our teams include women with diverse profiles who participate in complex projects, make decisions, offer new perspectives, and ensure our work has a positive impact on people and the environment.
