IDOM is leading the structuring of the Mega Parque Gualivá project
IDOM successfully completed the comprehensive structuring of the first amusement park in Colombia developed under a public-private partnership (PPP) scheme of public initiative.
This project represents a paradigm shift in the management of social and recreational infrastructure in Colombia. As the first initiative of its kind under a public PPP initiative model, Mega Parque Gualivá is a model of innovation in collaboration between the state and the private sector for the well-being of citizens.

IDOM’s consulting and structuring team comprehensively led the viability, pre-feasibility, and feasibility phases. To ensure the soundness of the project, in-depth analyses were conducted in four key areas:
