• Implementation at all levels: Integrating the compliance system at all levels of the organization ensures that every team member is aligned with established policies and procedures. This not only fosters a culture of compliance, but also ensures that ethical and legal practices are applied uniformly throughout the company.
• Creating an organized structure: A well-organized structure is vital to the success of the compliance system. This includes the clear definition of roles and responsibilities, as well as the implementation of policies and procedures that guide the actions of employees. At IDOM, the structure of the compliance system includes elements such as the Compliance Policy, the Code of Conduct, and the Ethics and Compliance Committee.
• Creation of a complaints, queries & suggestions channel: The availability of this channel allows people to seek guidance and clarify doubts about the compliance system. This channel is an essential tool to prevent possible non-compliance and to foster open and transparent communication within the organization. At IDOM, the Internal Information Channel and the Inquiries and Suggestions Channel are available to all employees.
