Dam safety management for Augas de Galicia

The objective of this contract is to provide the service of assistance in the management of the safety of the dams, reservoirs and ponds under the jurisdiction of Augas de Galicia, up to the revision of the documentation related to the aforementioned infrastructures, in order to comply with the provisions of the legislation in force in this matter.

Specifically, the following work was carried out:

Review of Classification Proposals.
Review of projects of dams, reservoirs and ponds, carrying out complementary works of inspection of the works.
Review of Operating Standards and Emergency Plans.
Technical assistance during the process of implementation of the Emergency Plans.
Safety inspections of infrastructures.
Technical support to the Commissions of Discharge.
Updating of the data of the Safety Register of Dams, Reservoirs and Ponds existing in Augas de Galicia.
Technical support in occupational risk prevention and coordination of business activities for the operation, conservation and maintenance of dams owned by Augas de Galicia.
