The project received the DCD Awards prize in Latin America for innovation in energy efficiency, which is a testament to its commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge design. It features a cogeneration system with natural gas engines and absorption chillers that produce 2 MW of power. The project is certified by ICREA IV and V and has 3,600 m² of clean rooms.
