As part of the technical analysis prior to the implementation of two data centers in the province of Córdoba, a comprehensive technical report has been developed that validates the urban, technical, and energy feasibility of the selected sites, while also developing a preliminary design solution that meets our client’s requirements.

The study considers a scalable and efficient configuration, evaluating advanced air conditioning solutions with the aim of reducing the PUE to a minimum. Likewise, the integration of renewable energies through photovoltaic panels has been considered, and mitigation measures have been identified to optimize land use.
This work lays the foundations for the development of a high-performance technology campus, aligned with Tier III standards and with a sustainable approach that can be adapted to future expansions.
