Data center – Mty 2

The work entrusted to IDOM includes a master plan for the Mty2 and Mty3 data centers, which are identical in IT capacity (8 MW each), and the executive development of Mty2.
The design complies with Uptime Institute Tier III, with a total power capacity of 12 MW, its own electrical substation on the DC Mty2 site, Carriers Neutral, and a design PUE of 1.5.

IDOM carried out the entire project. The design stages were SD (Schematic Design), DD (Development Design) and CD (Construction Design). IDOM supported the client’s initial negotiations with CFE (the Federal Electricity Commission) regarding energy requirements and provided weekly monitoring of the work. The project included the following components:

- Licenses and permits for earthworks and construction.

- Negotiations with Asia Pacific Park
- Monthly site visits, weekly meetings to resolve project queries.
- Pre-construction stage.
