The TIER III Data Centre, which has the capacity to be expanded to TIER IV, was developed with the challenges of constructing this type of building in Senegal in mind. A careful analysis of the construction items and LLI was carried out to ensure correct execution of the construction while meeting the delivery deadlines.
IT capacity: 1.8 MW
IDOM was responsible for the entire project, including the “Basic Project” and “Executive Project” design phases. The elements included were:
- Architecture
- Civil engineering
- Structure
- Electrical
- IT, CCTV, Access Control
- Fire protection and fire alarm
- Air conditioning (HVAC)
- BMS and PMS
- Hydraulic and sanitary installations
