FTTH (Fiber To The Home) technology represents a milestone in the evolution of telecommunications, enabling homes and businesses to access advanced services such as broadband Internet, telephone, and television via direct fiber optic connections. In 2013, ORANGE launched the nationwide deployment of its FTTH network in Spain, aiming to deliver Triple Play services and enhance the user experience for its subscribers.
IDOM played a key role in this process by providing specialized Business Quality Assurance (BQA) services that contributed to the high quality and safety of this large-scale project.
