Emergency management in Catalonia: IDOM designs advanced technological infrastructures for 24×7 security
Spain
Emergency management in Catalonia is essential to ensure safety and provide an effective response to any incident in the region. In this context, IDOM has designed a new technological infrastructure to serve as a key support element for emergency management in the southern part of the Autonomous Community.
The building houses a wide range of technological equipment and service continuity systems, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Operator Rooms and the Data Processing Center (DPC) have been designed according to the most demanding standards, complying with international TIER III/IV certifications and the ANSI TIA 942 standard for room and space layout. Thanks to this comprehensive approach and the implementation of high technological standards, IDOM strengthens emergency management infrastructure in Catalonia, contributing to greater resilience, efficiency, and response capacity in critical situations.
