General Management equates Quality with Customer Satisfaction and, at the same time, with the Competitiveness of the Organisation. Quality is the first and foremost aim of Management, and as such we are fully committed to the development and implementation of the IDOM Management System. Ongoing improvements are made to the system to increase its efficiency.
Likewise, Management understands Environmental Management to be the way the firm conducts itself, being constantly aware of the environmental behaviour of the organisation and how we might improve it.
This involves the introduction of guidelines for the conservation of the environment on two fronts: the activity we carry out in our offices and the environmental implications of the services we deliver.
In addition, General Management considers Occupational Health and Safety to be of key importance in the social and working environment in which IDOM personnel work, and therefore a firm commitment has been made to prevent occupational risks in all environments in which the company operates.
