Bogotá hosts IDOM’s second Compliance Day in 2026

On October 21, we gathered in Bogotá with 90 IDOM colleagues from Chile, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru to celebrate Compliance Day.

Together, we reflected on the importance of compliance in driving business and ensuring fair competition during the contracting and execution of our projects. We also discussed mutual respect among colleagues, which lies at the heart of how we work.

The meeting also allowed us to learn about and share insights on how compliance is organized in Latin America, aligning our approaches and experiences with European practices and enriching our global perspective on compliance at IDOM. The participation of the Directors of the Geographical Areas for Colombia, Peru, and Chile was particularly enriching. They provided insight into the reality of compliance in their regions and shared their specific circumstances and main challenges.

Most importantly, we cherish the opportunity to get to know our wonderful Latin American colleagues better.
