IDOM at SPIE Astronomical Telescopes + Instrumentation
IDOM ATTENDS THIS PRESTIGIOUS EVENT THAT BRINGS TOGETHER ASTRONOMY, TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING EXPERTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD
As in previous editions, IDOM is actively participating in the SPIE Conferences on Astronomical Telescopes + Instrumentation that are taking place this week in Austin, Texas.
These conferences are considered “the most prestigious event for developers of space- and ground-based telescopes, supporting technologies and the latest instrumentation”.
In this edition, IDOM will be presenting 3 papers, dealing with design solutions for Telescope mounts, including new strategies on the design of mounts for giant telescopes, and the design of a Cassegrain Set for the GTC.
