Composting plant – The Bizkaiko Konpostegia Facility

IDOM has carried out the drafting of a Constructive Project for the improvement and adaptation of the Bizkaiko Konpostegia Composting Plant, whose objective is to treat the bio-waste coming from the selective collection in the province (in addition to other organic waste), in order to obtain a quality product and comply with the existing regulations.
The aforementioned composting plant is located on land already closed and sealed from the landfill, in the Artigas ecopark.
The Diputación Foral (Provincial Government) de Bizkaia has contracted IDOM to carry out the Construction Management of the adaptation of the plant, as well as provide Technical Assistance during the 1st Phase of the Operation of the plant.
