IDOM has provided Environmental Consulting services for the Preconstruction phase of an Integral Steel Complex and two Combined Cycle Power Generation Plants in the Jijel region (Algeria), owned by Algerian Qatari Steel (AQS).

The scope of the services included the preparation of the Environmental Impact Studies and Risk Studies for each of the facilities, in addition to providing Environmental Technical Assistance to the Owner, during the Environmental Authorization process of each.
