Engineering for the Cogeneration System at Cangrejera and Morelos Petrochemical Complexes

The cogeneration system in petrochemical complexes, developed by IDOM for Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), enhances energy efficiency at the Cangrejera and Morelos facilities in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz. This project includes the preparation of design bases, basic and extended engineering, as well as technical packages for control, instrumentation, telecommunications, and industrial safety.
Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), the largest company in Mexico and one of the largest in Latin America, has contracted IDOM to develop engineering for a cogeneration system in the Cangrejera and Morelos petrochemical complexes in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico.
The services provided by IDOM include:

- Extended basic engineering and technical tender package in the specialties of control and instrumentation, telecommunications, and industrial security
