PMC-EPCM for Carbon Black Production Plant Aditya Birla Columbian

The carbon black production plant for Aditya Birla Columbian in Gajano, Spain, was developed under a PMC-EPCM model, featuring a state-of-the-art “carcass” technology reactor installed in the existing Columbian Carbon España facility. This project strengthens production capacity and technological efficiency in the sector, with IDOM providing comprehensive management throughout all phases.
The PMC-EPCM services provided by IDOM have, fundamentally, included the following functions:
- Project management, including costs and planning control.
- Basic Engineering
- Detailed design of civil works, piping, mechanical equipment, instrumentation and electricity.
- Purchase management
- On site management and supervision of all the specialities
