The Shuqaiq 3 desalination plant, located in Saudi Arabia, is a key project in the country’s water sector modernization. With a nominal production capacity of 450,000 m³/day, Shuqaiq 3 supplies potable water to the population, agriculture, and industry in the Asir and Jizan provinces, serving nearly 4 million people.
The relationship between IDOM and ACCIONA is long-standing, and the trust built is due, among other things, to the civil engineering work carried out at the Shuqaiq 3 plant.
