Desalination projects of the 21st century are unthinkable without the inclusion of digitization and with it, higher levels of efficiency.

Furthermore, the combination of different desalination technologies and the use of Renewable Energies are the key to obtaining desalinated water with the lowest possible costs.

IDOM is currently working on the designs for the hybridization of desalination plants with renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind, which can also incorporate energy storage systems.
