Unified communications management consultancy is a cornerstone in the digital transformation journey of public administrations. In Spain, IDOM has worked closely with the Basque Public Administration to define and implement a new ICT Management Model, with unified communications management as a key pillar. This strategic initiative aims to modernize technological infrastructure and optimize internal processes, resulting in more agile, efficient, and transparent operations.

The project included the assessment and analysis of existing communication systems, identification of needs, and the development of a plan to integrate all voice, data, and video services under a single management model. IDOM applied international best practices in technology consulting, designing a tailored roadmap to enable technological convergence, interoperability between departments, and a reduction in operational costs.

Thanks to IDOM’s expertise and vision, the Basque Public Administration is progressing towards a more cohesive digital environment, ready to proactively address current and future challenges.
