Technical due diligence of rooftop photovoltaic installations for Caja Madrid – 7.5 MWp

Caja Madrid contracted IDOM to carry out the technical evaluation prior to financing 16 rooftop photovoltaic installations, with a total installed capacity of 7.5 MWp. The unit capacity of each installation is different, varying between 100 kWp – 2 MWp.
The services provided included a review of the EPC design (plans and calculations), on-site inspection of the installation, validation of the annual performance and business plan, and drafting of a final report (conclusions, non-conformities and improvement proposals).
