Hospital refurbishment project, efficiency through design
The third floor of the Hospital Casa Salud, in Valencia, has just reopened after undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment program that will make the institution a new benchmark, both in terms of the care delivered and technological innovation. IDOM has developed the entire project.
The 43 rooms distributed in this space (more than 1,500 m2) conform a new hospital unit which can be managed from a single nurses’ station where care and medical staff will be centralized.
The refurbishment works have been carried out without interrupting the day to day activity of the institution, a hospital which attends patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
