IDOM is recognized in the “2017 Air Transport Awards”

IDOM has been bestowed with the 2017 Air Transport Award for the Best Global Environmental & Engineering Consultancy – UK.

The awards recognize those companies that have made a decisive contribution to international air transport, a sector that faces global challenges such as the need for great efficiency, different policy and regulatory environments, and a growing scrutiny of safety standards.

As a result of this transformation of the sector, the services demanded have also evolved from traditional engineering and construction services to more sophisticated demands that meet the new requirements.

For IDOM, the award is a recognition of the portfolio of services we offer and our capacity to adapt to the specific needs of the client. We have been developing this client centric approach in the air transport sector since our early projects in the 1990s.

Some of the factors most valued have been our engineering and consulting solutions using technological applications of simulation and modelling.

The award validates the environmental sustainability and reduction of energy consumption strategies of our designs. It also recognizes IDOM’s independence and impartiality with respect to construction firm, equipment manufacturers, technology supplies or financial entities.
