IDOM sets up the BIMSA digital transition directorate
IDOM is collaborating with BIMSA (Barcelona Municipal Infrastructure) to develop its newly created Digital Transformation Division. IDOM is helping to structure the division and ensure continuity in its transformation process during a critical phase of the initiative.
Through this PMO, IDOM is involved in planning, monitoring, and prioritizing initiatives, defining KPIs and OKRs, managing change, and providing support during project implementation.
Key initiatives include implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, migrating to Microsoft 365, creating a corporate DataLab, developing predictive models based on artificial intelligence, and adapting governance to standards such as ENS and ISO 27002.
This approach enables integrated management of a transformation that was previously addressed through independent projects, providing a comprehensive, structured view of a complex, evolving environment.
