A commitment to ethics and integrity

IDOM is directly participating in the development of the regions in which the firm is working, whether that be infrastructure or the industrial, social, economic and cultural fabric.

IDOM’s aim is to guarantee its clients and society in general that the work it carries out meets the highest standards of quality and responsibility. To this end, the firm has obtained several internationally recognised certificates of excellence.

IDOM has an Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment and Health and Safety) certified in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards.

In addition to these standards, the firm encourages its professionals to adopt a style of personal conduct that includes good ethics and social responsibility. This particular style is described in firm documents such as the Code of Conduct, the Harassment Prevention Code, the Equality Plan and the Anti-Corruption Code. These serve as a guide for daily work and training, as well as for the monitoring activities of the Ethics Committee.

The multidisciplinary group of professionals from IDOM Zaragoza has published a Social Responsibility Report (in Spanish), describing how they apply the principals of social responsibility to the work they carry out in Aragon.
