The PP12 Combined Cycle is a 2,000 MW power generation project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, representing an efficient and modern solution for the region’s energy needs. This PP12 Combined Cycle consists of two blocks, each with 4 GE 7FA gas turbines rated at 170 MW, 4 Alstom heat recovery boilers, an air-cooled condenser, and a 340 MW steam turbine. IDOM developed the basic and detailed engineering for the project, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability in the plant’s operation.
