Boufarik Simple Cycle Power Plant – 750 MW

The 750 MW single-cycle power plant is located in the Blida region, in Algeria.
The Plant is a Simple Cycle Plant, equipped with three GE 9FA gas turbines, which will use natural gas as main fuel and fuel oil as secondary fuel, with an annual generation capacity of approximately 4,000 GWh, to supply electricity to more than 1 million homes.
Gama has contracted IDOM to develop the basic and detailed engineering of the project.
