Singular volumetric design
The building includes 132 apartments of which 53 are public housing, all configured in a block volume, with a tower on the corner, following the indications of the urban planning. On the façade, a balanced composition with different materials (green stone at the bottom and aluminium in the tower) aims to highlight the singular volume of the building. At the top of the building there is a solarium area with nice views of the city
