Roda Golf & Beach Resort is developing a 1,400 dwelling residential complex, with a 18-hole golf course, in the municipality of San Javier, in Murcia.

The plot is 16 Ha. The golf course occupies the central area and the residential buildings developed around it. The complex also includes a hotel next to a shopping area.
Masterplan designed in collaboration with Dave Thomas, designer of the 18-hole, par 72 golf course. From an initial urban planning (Partial Plan) we carry out the conceptual design of the buildings, their typologies, volumes, orientations, heights, and their integration within the golf course, defining the urban image of the Resort
