Engineering Supervision for the Gansu Yumen Parabolic Trough Solar Power Plant (50 MW) in China

IDOM has supervised the basic engineering of the thermal energy transfer and storage systems, as well as the solar field, for the Gansu Yumen parabolic trough solar power plant, a 50 MW facility in China. This parabolic trough solar power plant, developed by Rayspower and commissioned by Inner Mongolia Power Survey&Design Institute, features a 1,300 MWht thermal storage system, consolidating innovation in solar energy solutions.
