Technical Support for Four 20 MWe Biomass Plants

The ENCE project for four 20 MWe biomass plants includes comprehensive technical support to obtain all necessary permits and authorizations for pre-assignment registration. These biomass plants, using forest residues and energy crops, involved the development of preliminary basic engineering, environmental impact studies, integrated environmental authorizations, and the design of water intake, discharge, and electric evacuation systems, as well as all technical documentation required for approval.

The scope of the work carried out by IDOM fundamentally includes the development of:

• the preliminary engineering
• the environmental impact assessment
• the Integrated Environmental Authorization
• collection and waste projects
• drafting of the electricity evacuation line

And the rest of necessary documents and studies to obtain the necessary authorizations.
