New integrated management system
Management of the projects related to the implementation of the new corporate ERP of Mesoestetic. Management of the Project Management Office (PMO) to define procedures, centralize, manage and coordinate activities and lines of action, in line with the company’s strategy (scope management, deadlines, costs, equipment, quality, risks), as well as change management and communications. Establishment of monitoring and control indicators for the project: KPIs, dashboards, status reports and workshops.
Obtaining greater success and benefits for the company
The project is based on the application of techniques, tools and good practices in project management for the PMO of Mesoestetic, in order to obtain greater success and benefits for the company. Therefore, the object of the project is the consulting and expert assistance of IDOM in the follow-up of all the phases of the subprojects contemplated in the Implementation Plan of the new corporate ERP.
In order to increase the unity and development of the team, the activities carried out include the preparation of the project management plan, communication and change management. To obtain greater efficiency and improvement in the use of resources and resources, the validation of the baselines has been carried out, the analysis of the milestones planned and reached, the identification of deviations and risks, thanks to the defined scorecard, and the preparation of action proposals.
The scope of the project also includes the prioritization and re-planning of the activities to be carried out, considering the risks, specifications, the company’s strategy and the criticality of the start-up.
In addition, to ensure the success of the project, the preparation of follow-up reports have been periodically prepared with the project team and management level. Regular joint workshops and meetings with the departments involved have been held, thus completing the integrating and coordination work of the PMO.
