Transformation is the way to evolve, grow, adapt, learn and develop

COMPETINN stands for Competitiveness and Innovation, a professional project within IDOM that believes transformation is the way to evolve, grow, adapt, learn and develop. This involves persons and, thus, any social or economic organization made up by persons. Our motto is to contribute to create a better society based on values such as equality, solidarity, competitiveness, greener and cleaner, education and health for all. We believe we can contribute to improve our villages, cities, regions, countries, as well as the spaces where we work, this is, organizations and enterprises. We do so by interventions in the sphere of innovation, technology development, internationalization or management and governance. We partner with our customers in a journey that leads to transformation and desired results. And we truly believe that work can be joyful: it is a matter of attitude, commitment, creativity and rigour.
